How can you be seen?

Online:
If you have a smartphone or a computer with Internet access, I can see you for video counseling wherever you are.

Resources, documents, and payment are all electronic.
Everything is secure, private, and HIPAA compliant.

In Person:
I also see clients in-person : my office is located at 470 Spring Street, suite 100A, in Friday Harbor Washington on the island of San Juan. Every 4th week of the month I see all clients online so I can travel to teach classes and do work on the mainland.

Rates & billing:

    RATES:
  • Counseling sessions are 53 minutes and cost $110.
  • I accept HSA and FSA cards. New Paths makes no guaranty regarding your company's reimbursement.
  • I do not bill insurance for you, though I will provide an invoice through Ivy Pay that you can also use as a superbill to submit to your insurance or health savings account company.  Clients pay for their sessions through the Ivy Pay app that sends clients a payment text after sessions. See more information on the 'Payment' page.

     HOW PAYMENT AND INVOICING HAPPEN:
  • You self-pay using the Ivy Pay text that comes to your phone when your session is finished.
  • You will be sent a super-bill receipt automatically from Ivy Pay. This can be used to assist you in applying for reimbursement from your FSA/HSA or insurance company (New Paths does not guarantee reimbursement.)
  • If you email me I am happy to discuss any additional questions you may have around payment and receipts.
